This year's 149th annual Memorial Day Parade has been set for May 29 beginning at 10 a.m., with parade participants assembling in the Our Lady of Victory parking lot at 9.30 a.m.
The Tallmadge Rotary Club participated in its second Reading Project April 13, and made a donation of $1,250 to Dunbar Primary School for its reading program. Rotary members visited first-grade classrooms, assisting with a "visioning" exercise.
