30th annual reverse raffle, auction set for The Arc of Summit, Portage 

The Arc of Summit and Portage Counties will host its 30th Annual Reverse Raffle and Auction on April 21 at Guy’s Party Centre in Akron. The event includes a dinner, $2000 grand prize, reverse raffle, as well as a live and silent auction.
