WOOSTER - Zella Jean Arnsby, Queen of the Arnsby family, passed away on Sunday morning, February 26, 2017 at Life Care Hospice in Wooster, Ohio. She was born on December 7, 1938 in Wooster, Ohio as the only child to her parents, Willard Blandford Merriman and Catherine (Knepper) Merriman.
Patrick O'Neil Thompson, 88, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2017 surrounded by his family. Born in Waynesburg, Kentucky, he lived in Tallmadge for over 55 years. Patrick served in the U.S.
Joan Marie Longstreth, age 85, went home to be with the Lord and her husband, John "Jack" on January 24, 2017. Born in Ravenna, she graduated from Springfield High School and lived in the Tallmadge area most of her life. Joan was a homemaker and artist.

Tallmadge – Margaret (Orr) Bumpas, 90, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016. Mrs. Bumpas (known to many as Mrs. B.), along with her late husband Herbert J. Bumpas, founded Bumpas Emporium and Drug.
Sharon Ann Dancik, 63, of Stow, OH went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 19, 2016. Sharon was born in Cleveland, OH to Robert and Dorothy Keim on April 6, 1953 and, at the age of three, asked Jesus to come into her heart.
Dottie Mae VanPelt, 73, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 2, 2016. She was born in Lynn, KY to the late Wade and Elizabeth Hale. Dottie was a proud UAW worker for Ford Stamping Plant, Walton Hills, OH for many years.

TALLMADGE – Shane M. Brewer, 42, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on August 11, 2016, due to injuries sustained in a job site accident on August 1, 2016.
Tallmadge Alan E. D’Agostine, 59, passed away July 27, 2016. Born in Akron, Alan had lived in Tallmadge all his life. He was a truck driver and loved fishing with his friends and family, riding motorcycles, and working on cars. He could fix anything.
Matthew M. Kerr, 23, went to Heaven on July 18, 2016. He was born September 29, 1992 and was a graduate of Tallmadge High School. He was currently a senior at The University of Akron working on a PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) degree.
Brimfield Helen M. Geig, 86, passed away July 11, 2016. Born in Akron, she lived most of her life in Tallmadge. Helen was retired from Household Appliance and was a member of Our Lady of Victory where she was active in the Women’s Guild.
